A grown-up manages the account

A grown-up created your profile and manages the account you use.

What we keep

• The name or nickname chosen for your profile.
• Your year group, if one was added.
• Your points, streaks and progress.
• Answers and writing created during revision.

A computer helper

A computer helper, called AI, reads your answers to give hints and feedback. It is not a person and can make mistakes. If something looks strange or upsetting, tell a grown-up.

We keep your information private

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not show adverts.
• Only you and the grown-up managing the account can see your progress.

You can ask for the data to be deleted

Ask the grown-up managing the account to delete your profile and saved data.
